办学体制模式包括高校的办学体制、管理体制和经费体制等几方面的典型模型或样式。就中外合作大学来说,其办学体制是中外高校合作举办,管理体制是理事会领导下的校长负责制,经费体制是以学费收入为主,多渠道筹措办学经费。中外合作大学办学体制模式方面的特点对于促进大学发展来说表现出了一定优势,即举办者的双重性有利于引进国外优质教育资源,理事会地位确立有利于更好地按教育规律办事,经费来源多渠道有利于进一步发挥办学自主性。

A university's operating system mode includes the holding system,the managing system and the funding system. To the Sino- foreign university,its holding system is that it is held by a foreign and a Chinese university; its managing system is the president responsibility system under the leadership of the council; its funding system is raising the university funds through various channels with the tuition as the main income. This kind of operating system mode has some advantages to the university's development. The holders' duality can facilitate the introduction of foreign excellent educational resources; the establishment of the council can make people obey the educational principles; the various funding channels can promote the operating autonomy.
